Welcome to PlanePartner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the PlanePartner website and mobile application ("Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use PlanePartner.

1. Overview of the Service

PlanePartner provides tools for small aircraft owners, pilots, and partnerships, including:

• Scheduling & aircraft availability
• Maintenance tracking
• Logging expenses
• Partnership collaboration and messaging

PlanePartner does not provide legal, financial, or aviation maintenance advice.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable aviation regulations.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use many features of the Service.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription (e.g., partnership features or advanced cost tracking).

Subscriptions may be billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe (depending on implementation).

Prices and features may change but we will notify users before changes take effect.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date in your App Store settings.

All billing issues (refunds, cancellations) are handled according to App Store rules.

4. Partnership & Shared Aircraft Data

If you join a partnership in the App:

• Partnership administrators may view and manage shared aircraft data
• Members may see logs, schedules, maintenance info, and other contributed data
• Removing a member from a partnership will revoke access to shared data

Aircraft owners/partnership administrators are responsible for inviting and removing users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful, inaccurate, or misleading data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
• Interfere with other users or partnerships
• Upload confidential information you do not have rights to

We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate the above.

6. Data Ownership

You own the data you enter into the Service.

By using the Service, you grant PlanePartner a limited license to:

• Store and process your data
• Display it to you and your partnership members
• Provide necessary functions of the Service

We do not claim ownership of your aircraft data, logs, or partnership information.

7. No Warranty

PlanePartner is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of maintenance or scheduling data
• Uptime or uninterrupted service
• Compliance with aviation, regulatory, or safety requirements

The Service is a convenience tool, not a substitute for proper aviation planning, logs, or maintenance record-keeping.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PlanePartner is not liable for any damages, including losses from scheduling errors, maintenance errors, data issues, or aircraft misuse.
• Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your subscription lapses
• We discontinue the Service

If we terminate the Service entirely, any paid subscribers will be refunded on a prorated basis where required.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "You") and PlanePartner, LLC ("PlanePartner," "we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of the PlanePartner mobile application ("App").

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

PlanePartner grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and use the App on a device you own or control
• Access and use the App solely for your personal or organizational aircraft management purposes

This license does not permit you to:

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access source code
• Circumvent any security or authentication systems
• Use the App in violation of applicable aviation regulations

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, trademarks, content, and data structures, remain the exclusive property of PlanePartner and its licensors.

This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you submit through the App.

You grant PlanePartner a limited license to:

• Store and process your data
• Display it to you and your aircraft partnership members
• Use it as required to operate and improve the Service

PlanePartner is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any data you submit.

4. Updates & Changes

We may release updates that:

• Add or remove features
• Improve usability or security
• Fix bugs and errors

These updates may install automatically without notice.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

We may discontinue some or all features at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or unsafe aviation activities
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misrepresent aircraft maintenance, scheduling, or regulatory information

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Subscriptions

PlanePartner offers recurring subscriptions to access Premium features.

• The auto-renewing subscriptions are called: "PlanePartner Premium" offered as "Monthly" or "Yearly"
• Length of subscription - PlanePartner Premium is offered on Monthly or Yearly renewals.
• Subscription management including cancellation can be done through App Store -> Subscriptions.
• PlanePartner Premium Monthly is offered at $14.99/month
• PlanePartner Premium Yearly is offered at $119.99/year

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including hosting, analytics, maps, or payment providers.

Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and PlanePartner is not responsible for third-party policies or actions.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and without warranty, including:

• Accuracy of scheduling, maintenance, or data fields
• Fitness for any aviation-related purpose
• Compliance with FAA or other regulatory requirements
• Availability, uptime, or error-free operation

You are solely responsible for verifying aircraft status, maintenance, and scheduling decisions outside the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• PlanePartner is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including data errors, scheduling conflicts, maintenance issues, aircraft misuse, or losses of any kind.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the previous 12 months.
• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if:

• You violate this Agreement
• Your subscription expires or is terminated
• The App is discontinued

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends
• You must stop using and delete the App

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
